Key Responsibilities:🔹 Bid & Tender Management:Identify relevant bids and tenders posted on the GeM portal. Prepare and submit technical & financial bids as per specifications. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data, documents, and approvals. Track tender timelines and ensure timely submissions. 🔹 Documentation & Compliance:Prepare all required documentation including eligibility, certificates, declarations, etc. Maintain and update company profiles, certificates, and other documents on the portal. Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, terms & conditions, and amendments. 🔹 Product Upload & Cataloging:Upload and manage products/services with accurate specifications, images, pricing, and categories. Ensure product listings meet GeM standards and visibility requirements. Handle updates, modifications, or renewals as required. 🔹 Coordination & Communication:Liaise with GeM support teams for query resolution or technical issues. Coordinate with government buyers and respond to inquiries or requests. Generate regular reports on bids submitted, success rate, order pipeline, and revenue from GeM.
