✅ Lead backend development of HawkVision’s core server applications (FastAPI/Django)
✅ Architect, build, and maintain scalable APIs and services
✅ Design and optimise MongoDB schemas and queries for high-throughput, real-time data
✅ Manage CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure (Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure/AWS)
✅ Review code, mentor developers, and ensure delivery of high-quality software on time
✅ Collaborate with AI, frontend, and product teams to deliver new features
✅ Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for system health and performance
🔹 Strong MongoDB knowledge at scale (indexing, aggregation, optimisation)
🔹 Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
🔹 Proven ability to lead small teams end-to-end without heavy PM oversight
✨ Experience building products at massive scale (millions of rows, thousands of requests/sec)
✨ Knowledge of computer vision, IoT, or real-time media pipelines
