We are seeking a highly experienced Backend Heavy AI Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js, Go, and Python. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in building and integrating AI-powered backend solutions, developing AI chatbots, and working with modern backend technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems for AI-powered applications
• Build and integrate AI chatbot frameworks and APIs into backend services
• Implement microservices with efficient communication protocols
• Optimize backend services for performance and scalability
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs and AI models into backend workflows
• Manage database interactions, caching, and real-time data pipelines
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Node.js + TypeScript, Go, and Python
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks like Django, FastAPI, and Flask
• Worked on AI chatbot development and backend AI solution integration
• Experience with Langchain, CrewAI, Agentic Framework, Chainlit
• Strong background in microservices architecture
• Skilled in Docker and Kubernetes deployment
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and automation
• Understanding of streaming protocols with Elastic Search and caching strategies
• Experience with WebSocket, messaging protocols, and gRPC
• Integration experience with OpenAI and other LLMs
• Hands-on with MLOps processes and tools
• Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB
