Job Description

Position: Backend Executive – Loans Login
Department: Personal Loan / Business Loan Operations
Location: Tirupati
Experience: 6months-1 years in Loan Processing / Backend Operations (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle login of personal Loan and business Loan applications in the system.
Verify customer documents (KYC, income, bank statements, property papers, etc.) before login.
Ensure accurate data entry of customer information in the loan management system (LMS/CRM).
Coordinate with sales team for pending documents and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain daily MIS reports for login status, pending files, and TAT.
Follow up with cross-functional teams (credit, technical, legal, operations) for file movement.
Check file eligibility and ensure proper document sequencing.
Support the branch in smooth loan processing and timely file disbursement.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and policy requirements.
Handle customer communication for documentation and basic queries (if required).

Key Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of personaL Loan / BUSINESSS Loan processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work under timelines and multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
