Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Backend Executive to support our internal teams with documentation, coordination, and daily operational tasks. If you have strong organizational skills, love working behind the scenes, and can manage data with accuracy, we’d be happy to have you on our team! ’ * Manage daily backend operations, documentation, and data entry with accuracy.* Coordinate with internal teams for timely information flow and task updates.* Maintain and update records, reports, and databases as per company standards.* Assist in preparing MIS reports, summaries, and operational dashboards.* Ensure smooth communication between departments for ongoing projects.* Support HR, sales, academic, and operations teams with backend requirements.* Handle email communication, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.* Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all business information. * 2–4 years of experience in backend operations, administration, or coordination roles.* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.* Good communication and coordination abilities.* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time-sensitive tasks.* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. ?Join a mission-driven organization building better classrooms across India.
