Job Description

Job Opportunity: Accounts Executive at SAAR Education

Accounts Executive

If you have a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals, a learning mindset, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environmentwed love to meet you!

What Youll Do:

Handle daily accounting entries including payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
Maintain ledgers, invoices, and vouchers in compliance with company policies.
Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
Support in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Coordinate with internal departments for billing, expense tracking, and documentation.
Help prepare monthly financial summaries and assist during audits.
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records in Tally or other accounting software.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent qualification.
2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Working knowledge of
Tally
,
MS Excel
, and basic accounting principles.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances preferred.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with accounting in the education or publishing sector will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork
