• Agentic AI Platform Delivery
• Develop and maintain autonomous software agents using modern LLM frameworks.
• Build reusable components for business process automation.
• Design agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.
• Enable deployment across CRM systems and enterprise data platforms.
• Generative AI & Model Optimization
• Fine-tune LLMs/SLMs with proprietary NBFC data.
• Work on model distillation, quantization, and edge deployment readiness.
• Self-Learning Systems
• Create adaptive frameworks that learn from interaction outcomes.
• Implement lightweight models to support real-time decision-making.
  

Ideal Candidate

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
• 4–7 years in AI/ML roles with proficiency in:
• Languages: Python, Node.JS, JavaScript, React, Java
• Tools/Frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI
• Platforms: GCP, MS Foundry, Copilot Studio, BigQuery, Power Apps/BI
• Agent Tools: Agent Development Kit (ADK), Multi-agent Communication Protocol (MCP)
• Strong understanding of: Prompt engineering, LLM integration, and orchestration
