Role Overview

skilled Backend Developer

You will play a key role in:

• Developing and maintaining backend systems
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

  Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript

• Build secure and scalable

  APIs

  (RESTful; GraphQL knowledge is a plus)
• Work with

  MongoDB and PostgreSQL

  for schema design, data modeling, optimization, and migrations
• Deploy and manage applications on

  AWS

  within

  Linux/Unix environments

• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  and ensure smooth deployments
• Collaborate with

  frontend developers (Next.js)

  and

  AI teams (Python-based solutions)

• Write

  unit and integration tests

  to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Follow

  security best practices

  to safeguard systems and data
• Contribute to

  agile ceremonies

  such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 2–3 years of experience

  with Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript
• Proficiency with

  MongoDB

  and

  PostgreSQL

  (schema design, optimization)
• Strong knowledge of

  AWS

  and Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with

  authentication & authorization

  (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)
• Familiarity with

  Docker

  and CI/CD tools
• Strong testing background (Jest, Mocha, Supertest)
• Knowledge of

  Python

  for backend scripting or AI/ML integrations (advantage)
• Exposure to frontend-backend integration with

  Next.js

  (plus)
