Job Description

Strong proficiency in at least one
modern backend language.
(Java, Go, Rust).
Solid understanding of
data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and system design
.
Should have understanding and worked over
reactive programming
.
Experience with
microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, and event-driven systems
.
Hands-on experience with
databases
(SQL and NoSQL: Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, Scylla, etc.).
Experience with
streaming/queueing systems
like Kafka.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Good grasp of
observability
(metrics, logging, tracing) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in comp
lex distributed systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
