As a Golang Backend Developer at Trademarkia in Chennai, you will be responsible for writing clean, high-quality, and maintainable backend code. You will have the opportunity to develop and support backend software, coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives, and lead the architectural design and implementation of backend systems. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex backend issues, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and mentor junior developers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in Backend Engineering. - 1+ years of experience in DevOps/Backend Deployment. - Proven expertise with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies. - Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. - Experience in team management and leadership roles. Must-Have Skills: - Proficiency in Golang or a similar backend language. - Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and AWS (S3, Lambda, SES, SQS, etc.). - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Database Design. - Proven experience in leading and managing backend development teams. - Experience with Elasticsearch. - Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with microservices architecture. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Good-to-have Skills: - Proficiency in Python. - Working with crons and ETL processes. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
