Job Title : Backend Admin Cum Tele Caller Location : Chennai (work from home) Company : Housepecker.com (Housepecker Property Service Pvt. Ltd.) Employment Type: Part time ( work from home ) About Us:Housepecker.com is a multi-vertical digital platform that connects users directly with service providers across Real Estate ( buy, sell, rent ),Joint venture, Construction, Banking, and Local Services. We eliminate middlemen, ensure transparency, and streamline service access across 250+ categories. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Backend Admin Cum Tele Caller to support our operations and customer communication. This dual-role professional will handle data entry, Post Property, lead management, and backend coordination, while also making outbound calls to clients, service providers, and property owners/Builders/Agents. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Backend Admin Duties : Handle backend operations such as updating, Property listings, tracking leads, and managing CRM. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare daily reports and assist with operational workflows. 🔹 Tele Caller Duties : Make outbound calls to potential clients, property owners/Builders/Agents, and service providers. Explain platform benefits, onboard users, and collect required documents/data. Follow up on leads and appointments scheduled by the marketing or website. Handle inbound queries professionally and resolve basic concerns. Required Skills: Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi or other Language is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets) Comfortable with making cold calls and follow-ups Ability to multitask and manage backend tools/CRM Creativity & Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or back-office roles (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) Graduation or Diploma in any stream Experience in real estate, BPO, or service sector is a bonus Why Join Us?
