Back Office Staff

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Support Staff member to efficiently manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics coordination, housekeeping supervision, dispatch & packaging, goods handling, and overall support activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Operations & Housekeeping Oversee daily office housekeeping activities to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace organization. Coordinate with housekeeping/cleaning staff and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain office infrastructure, stationery, pantry supplies, and ensure timely replenishment. 2. Logistics & Dispatch Management Handle logistics operations including scheduling pickups, courier coordination, and tracking of shipments. Manage dispatch of company materials, parcels, and documents to clients, vendors, or internal departments. Maintain dispatch records, tracking sheets, and timely reporting of delivery status. 3. Packaging & Goods Handling Manage proper packaging of goods/products to ensure safe and secure delivery. Ensure correct labeling, packing standards, and quality checks before dispatch. Receive, verify, and record incoming goods and maintain proper storage. 4. Inventory & Store Management Maintain stock of office supplies, packaging material, and consumables. Perform timely inventory checks and maintain stock registers. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and replenishment. 5. Supervision & Coordination Supervise support staff such as housekeeping, office boys, and helpers. Ensure smooth functioning of in-house operations, including support for admin tasks and events. Coordinate with different departments for office-related support and requirement management.
