Back Office Staff

Overview Punto Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our back office operations. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records, managing data, and supporting various departments with their day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities Data Management:   * Perform accurate and timely data entry into our databases and company systems.   * Maintain and update records, files, and documents, both digital and physical.   * Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all platforms. 2. Administrative Support:   * Handle general administrative tasks, including preparing reports.   * Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and other office-related activities.   * Serve as a point of contact for interdepartmental communication. 3. Operational Support:   * Coordinate with different departments (e.g., sales, finance, human resources) to ensure seamless workflow and task completion.   * Manage and organize office supplies and equipment.   4.
