We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team and support day-to-day e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities Order Packing: Ensure timely and accurate packing of all daily orders with quality checks. Label Management: Print and affix shipping labels correctly on each parcel. Inventory Handling: Assist in maintaining and organizing stock, tracking low inventory levels. E-commerce Support: Handle basic operations on Meesho and other platforms (e.g., order processing, status updates, cancellations). Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries. Returns Handling: Check returned items, update stock, and report issues. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient. Other Tasks: Support the team in any ad-hoc operational or admin duties as needed. Requirements Comfortable using a smartphone, printer, and basic software Physically active and able to handle daily packing work Attention to detail and reliability Good attitude and willingness to learn
