Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff to join our team.
The role involves supporting day-to-day administrative, documentation, and data management activities to ensure smooth office operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in business administration, office coordination, and internal process support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle data entry, record maintenance, and document filing (manual & digital).
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for daily operations.
  • Maintain stock records and support inventory updates.
  • Support HR and admin functions like attendance, leave records, and staff coordination.
  • Prepare reports as required by management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic customer communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company records.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
