Job Description

Designation: Back Office Executive – Female Industry: Civil and Interior design Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Degree of civil Engineering is more preferrable) Salary Upto: 10k-15k Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our civil and interior design operations. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, project coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient backend support for design and site teams. Responsibilities:  Perform data entry and typing tasks, including letters, reports.  Maintain digital records and update databases using Excel.  Draft and type correspondence, meeting notes, and other related documents.  Handle email communication and assist in preparing digital reports or presentations.  Assist in scheduling appointments, and meetings.  Provide support also in answer phone calls, and attend to visitors when required. Skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred).  Knowledge of basic computer operations and email handling.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.  Well-organized with good time-management skills.  Attention to detail and ability to work independently
