TalentCorp Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct background checks and verify references.

Negotiate salary and other employment terms with candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and recruitment tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure.

Good understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
