Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage daily back-office operations including data entry, documentation, and file maintenance. Prepare and draft letters, agreements, notices, and internal documents in Hindi (Mangal/Krutidev). Update company databases, Excel sheets, customer records, and internal tracking systems. Coordinate with Sales, CRM, HR, Accounts, Admin, and Project teams for smooth workflow. Handle physical and digital filing systems and ensure timely retrieval of documents. Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, client documents, and follow-up reports. Maintain accurate entry of customer details, booking forms, and official records. Support management in meetings, documentation, and operational tasks. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Follow deadlines and ensure error-free document management.
Skills & Competencies Required Proficiency in Hindi typing (Mangal or Krutidev mandatory). Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations. Good communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
