Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive, located in Pune. The Back Office Executive will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow and efficient office management. Responsibilities include data entry, record maintenance, preparation of reports, coordination between departments, and assisting in daily office operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and document management
Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Knowledge of basic computer systems and office software, such as MS Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations and solve problems efficiently
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
