Key Responsibilities:📞 Telesales:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into sales or appointments. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product/service information. 🧾 Back Office Support:Maintain and update CRM or Excel records of customer interactions, leads, and sales. Coordinate with the field sales team, service department, and logistics for order processing. Prepare quotations, invoices, and customer communication as required. 👥 Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Resolve queries or route them to the appropriate team. Ensure prompt follow-up and communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
