Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves data management, record keeping, and coordination with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Process and manage documentation, reports, and internal correspondence.
Perform data entry and verify data accuracy.
Assist with inventory and file management.
Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments to streamline operations.
Respond to emails and handle administrative tasks as required.
