Responsibilities:
Manage back-office operations including data entry, documentation, quotations, and purchase orders.
Maintain and update vendor, client, and product databases.
Assist the sales team in preparing tenders, proposals, and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery of equipment (transformers, substations, etc.).
Ensure accuracy of records and compliance with company processes.
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering background preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in back office/administration within trading or engineering industry will be an advantage.
