Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling back office operations, managing office administrative tasks, and providing support to the sales and finance teams. Daily tasks include data entry, record keeping, coordinating with departments, replyling to emails, updating tenders regularly and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Sales processes and support
  • Basic understanding of Finance and financial record keeping
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
