Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the administrative and operational functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data management, documentation, coordination, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain databases, records, and documentation accurately.
  • Process and verify data, forms, and applications received from clients or other departments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Handle email correspondence, calls, and coordinate with internal teams as required.
  • Support HR, finance, and sales teams with back-end operations and record maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company data.
  • Perform data entry and update company systems or software regularly.
  • Track and manage office supplies, documentation, and administrative activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet operational deadlines.
  • Provide assistance during audits or compliance reviews as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in back office operations or administrative support.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
