Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Backoffice Executive to support our operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent organizational and communication skills. This is an entry-level role ideal for a female fresher looking to begin a career in back-office operations and administration. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Documentation: Manage and maintain office documents, files, and records. Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and other records. Ensure all documents are filed accurately and updated regularly. Email and Communication Management: Handle emails and communicate with internal teams and clients. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and responding to official correspondence. Support to Front Office and Team: Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Processing Orders and Tracking: Assist in processing orders, ensuring that they are accurately tracked and delivered on time. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that stock is replenished when required. Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of office equipment and materials. General Administrative Tasks: Perform other general office duties, including answering phone calls, organizing files, and managing office calendars. Assist with any ad hoc tasks as directed by management. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Freshers with a Bachelordegree in any field (preferred). Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication in English. Ability to interact professionally. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners). Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Problem Solving: Ability to handle issues independently and seek solutions proactively. Time Management: Efficient in managing time and workload under pressure. Preferred Attributes: Female candidates preferred (entry-level role). A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn. Prior experience in an office setting (internships or volunteer work) is a plus, but not mandatory
