Job Description

Location : Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update company databases, records, and files. Handle data entry, documentation, and report generation. Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial records as required. Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and other business documents. Coordinate with different departments (sales, HR, accounts, etc.) to ensure workflow efficiency. Respond to emails, calls, and queries promptly and professionally. Manage office documentation, filing, and correspondence. Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and follow-ups. Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
