Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office & Social Media Executive to manage both administrative operations and basic online marketing activities. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office coordination, data management, and assist in executing the company’s social media strategy to improve brand presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Back Office Responsibilities: Maintain company records, databases, and documentation. Prepare and manage daily reports, invoices, and data entry tasks. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for operational support. Handle administrative work such as email correspondence, scheduling, and file management. Social Media & Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in creating and scheduling posts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Respond to comments, messages, and engage with online audiences. Coordinate with designers or agencies for visual content creation. Track post performance and prepare basic engagement reports. Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and online branding efforts. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in back-office or marketing roles (freshers with strong social media knowledge can apply). Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic understanding of social media platforms and online marketing tools. Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong multitasking ability.
