Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and regularly updating employee records in both physical and digital formats. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic management knowledge, and proficiency in Excel for effective data management.

  • Update and manage internal HR systems for tracking employee details, leave, attendance, and compliance-related data.
  • Generate reports from HR databases as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar back office role ( freshers can also apply )
  • Must have a excel knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
