We focus on high-quality products, safety compliance, and efficient service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Manage data entry, documentation, and record maintenance for daily operations.

Prepare and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, quotations, invoices, and internal documents.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and production teams for smooth workflow.

Handle email communication, follow-ups, and internal office coordination.

Assist in preparing purchase orders, delivery challans, and basic accounting entries.

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Support CRM updates, lead tracking, status updates, and reporting.

Perform general administrative duties to support office operations.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email management.

Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Time management and multitasking ability.

Basic accounting knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) — mandatory.

Prior experience in back-office or administrative work is preferred but not required.

Salary

Competitive and as per industry norms (based on experience).
