Job Description

Job responsibility

  • Taking care of attendance of sales staff from various states by checking proof and tracking app.
  • Preparing weekly sheet and send to sales staff of that particular state
  • Providing monthly attendance of sales staff to the respective person
  • Verifying expense bills provided by sales person on monthly basis and prepare expense sheet
  • Maintaining sales person wise files of their attendance report and expense proofs
  • Accurately entering and updating information into tracking application
  • Creating sales staff profile on tracking application, provide them credential & induction about application
  • Providing certain reports of sales staff as and when required by the management
  • Providing SIM card to the new sales person & taking care of recharge of all staff

Required Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Back Office Executive
  • Graduate
  • Strong communication & people skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational & multi-tasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
