About Us:

FOR YOU PROPERTY is a growing real estate company in Vadodara, dedicated to providing property solutions with transparency and trust. We are looking for a dedicated Female Back Office Executive to support our daily operations and assist in managing client data, documentation, and coordination tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle property-related documentation and maintain client files
Perform daily data entry and update property listings
Coordinate with sales teams for site visits and client follow-ups
Manage incoming calls, emails, and basic client communication
Prepare spreadsheets, agreements, and reports as required
Assist in uploading property details to portals and CRM systems
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Female candidates only
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate
Basic knowledge of real estate will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
