Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & backend operations:
Manage daily back-office tasks such as documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
Maintain and update project records, client files, and internal documentation.
Handle email communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
Technical support (electrical background):
Assist in preparing technical documents, BOQs, project proposals, and cost estimates.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and vendor quotations.
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and suppliers for technical clarifications.
Support in preparing compliance reports and quality-related documents.
Project coordination:
Track project progress, material updates, and timelines.
Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and maintain project trackers.
Assist in procurement-related activities and vendor communication.
Client & team coordination:
Communicate with clients for updates, documentation, and information sharing.
Support the sales and technical teams with backend processes.
Maintain polite and professional communication across all channels.
Documentation & reporting:
Prepare MIS reports, daily/weekly summaries, and project status updates.
Ensure accuracy in records, forms, and filing systems.
Handle invoice preparation, billing support, and basic financial documentation.
