Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
    • Manage filing systems, documentation, and record keeping.
    • Handle internal and external correspondence efficiently.
    • Maintain organized records of office activities, business transactions, and other relevant data.
  • Communication Management:

    • Draft, review, and manage

      email correspondence

      with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
    • Coordinate and maintain communication between departments for smooth workflow.
    • Respond to phone calls, messages, and queries in a professional manner.
  • Office Coordination:

    • Support management and staff in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining reports.
    • Manage data entry, prepare letters, and handle documentation for business operations.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, or business reports as needed.
  • Computer & Reporting Tasks:

    • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and data sheets.
    • Use

      MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

      effectively for documentation and communication.
    • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data and office information.
