Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to manage backend coordination and internal processes for our curtain and wallpaper projects. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth execution between the sales team, workshop, vendors, and stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing quotations, order sheets, and work orders
Coordinating with sales designers, workshop, and vendors
Maintaining order status trackers, fabric details, and delivery schedules
Follow-ups for sampling, production, dispatch, and installation
Updating records in Excel / Google Sheets
Ensuring accuracy in measurements, quantities, and specifications
Handling basic documentation and internal coordination

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Good communication skills
Experience in interiors / furnishings / textiles / retail backend is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
