Job Description

  • To prepare quotation / commercial offer as per requirement of customer
  • To create and fill vendor registration forms
  • To communicate with customer in regards to submitted quotation
  • Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations
  • Coordinate with Post Sales Process Team
  • Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field
  • Preferred Qualification: Graduates / Bachelor s Degree Holder
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and sales software programs
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments at the same time
  • Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients
  • Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
