Back Office Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth coordination between departments, and efficient management of daily back-end activities while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

● Manage and maintain company records, databases, and documentation.

● Perform accurate data entry (in both Hindi and English) and prepare reports.

● Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

● Organise and manage digital as well as physical files systematically.

● Coordinate with accounts, inventory, sales, and operations teams for workflow support.

● Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and assist during audits.

● Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive data.

● Support management in day-to-day operations and special projects.

Requirements:

● Minimum Graduate (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).

● 0–3 years of experience in back-office/administrative roles (Freshers can apply).

● Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic office software.

● Strong Hindi & English typing skills.

● File management and record-keeping abilities.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
