Job Description:
Debock Organic Farm is hiring Sales Executives to promote our organic products, manage customer relationships, and expand our presence in offline shops and local markets. You will pitch products directly to retailers and customers, drive sales, and represent our brand in the market.
Responsibilities:
● Promote and sell organic products in shops, markets, and events.
● Build strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new leads.
● Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
● Collect customer feedback and share market updates with management.
Requirements:
● Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
● 1–3 years of sales/field marketing experience (Freshers with good communication may apply).
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
Passion for organic and sustainable products.
