Inventory Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to oversee and maintain accurate stock levels for our organic products. This role ensures smooth operations across warehouses and e-commerce platforms by tracking, monitoring, and optimising inventory flow.

Responsibilities:

● Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward & outward movement.

● Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand.

● Monitor product storage, shelf life, and timely replenishment.

● Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

● Manage inventory flow across e-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Amazon, Zepto, etc.) and offline channels.

● Prepare periodic inventory and stock movement reports.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business/Logistics (or related field).

● 0–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

● Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software.

● Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.
