Job Summary

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the school. The role requires coordination with academic staff, management, parents, and vendors while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update student, staff, and academic records (physical and digital)
  • Handle data entry, documentation, filing, and record management
  • Assist in admission-related paperwork and student documentation
  • Support fee records, receipts, and coordination with the accounts department
  • Prepare reports, letters, circulars, and official school documents
  • Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff for daily requirements
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communication professionally
  • Maintain inventory records and assist in procurement documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of school data
  • Support management with administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Basic knowledge of school ERP/software preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional attitude and confidentiality handling

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • Diploma or certification in office administration is an advantage

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in back office or administrative role
  • Experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred

Working Hours

  • As per school timings and academic calendar

  • School Administrator / Office Manager / Principal
