Job Description

Key Responsibilities Data Management & Entry: Accurately input, verify, and manage large volumes of data related to customer accounts, transactions, and internal operations. Document Processing: Handle the scanning, uploading, and organized maintenance of all physical and digital documents, ensuring proper filing systems for easy retrieval and accessibility. Transaction Support: Assist with the processing of financial transactions, including payments (RTGS, NEFT, cheques), invoices, bills, and receipts, ensuring all details are recorded accurately. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure all records and procedures comply with internal policies and BFSI regulatory requirements. Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily, monthly, and weekly reconciliation of client and bank accounts, identifying and reporting any discrepancies to management. Query Resolution: Manage and respond to routine internal and external email correspondence and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a back office or similar administrative role, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer operating systems and high proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
