Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities Client Operations: Processing account opening requests, handling KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, and managing account modifications (additions, deletions, updates).  Trade Processing: Processing payments and payouts, managing and reconciling beneficiary stock accounts, and handling corporate actions like dividends and bonuses.  Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring all operations comply with SEBI regulations, exchange rules (NSE, BSE), and depository norms. Generating daily MIS (Management Information System) and holding reports, as well as reporting on margin shortages.  Data Management: Accurately entering and maintaining client and transaction data, keeping records, and preparing reports for management.  Support & Coordination: Assisting with audits and inspections, coordinating with custodians and clearing houses to confirm trades, and resolving client queries or issues related to their accounts.  Technical Tasks: Performing UAT testing in relevant software, and using MS Excel and other office software for various tasks.  Skills & Qualifications Stock Market Knowledge: Familiarity with stock market operations, exchanges (NSE, BSE), and related processes like trade processing and corporate actions.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), computer operating systems, and ideally experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and financial accounting software.  Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records and data.  Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good customer support abilities are essential.
