Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage

    Delivery Challans (DCs)

    and other dispatch-related documents.
  • Draft and send

    official correspondence

    to clients, including company profiles, T&C acceptance forms, and pre-qualification documents.
  • Maintain

    systematic filing systems

    (both digital and physical) and ensure proper

    data management

  • Support

    project and accounts teams

    with administrative coordination and follow-ups.
  • Assist in

    preparing quotations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in

    Commerce, Business Administration, or any related discipline
