Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Back Office Executive. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day back-office operations, managing office-related tasks, assisting in sales and finance activities, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Additional tasks may include data management, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Sales activities, including maintaining records and providing support for client-related tasks
• Basic understanding of Finance-related processes and administrative support
• Ability to handle multitasking and work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in back-office or administrative roles is an advantage
