Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Rajkot, for the position of Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will handle daily office operations, ensure smooth coordination, and support sales and finance teams with required documentation. Responsibilities also include managing data, internal communication, and other administrative tasks critical for the company’s operations.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations.
Effective Communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of Sales processes and support activities.
Knowledge of Finance fundamentals such as record management and invoice processing.
Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with office tools and software applications.
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
