Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive based in Rajkot. The Back Office Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, support office activities, manage internal administrative tasks, coordinate with other departments, and provide operational support in areas like communication, sales, and finance. They will also ensure the smooth functioning of back-office processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate internal and external coordination
• Understanding of Sales support processes and practices
• Basic knowledge of Finance-related tasks and documentation
• Proficient in MS Office and data organization software
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
