Back Office Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within defined timelines. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and coordinating various aspects of projects from the back end, such as contractor labor, procurement, and distribution of drawings. - Generating project reports and maintaining project-related documents on Google Drive. - Keeping the Project Manager and other stakeholders informed about project progress, status updates, and any issues that may arise. - Issuing contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, and maintaining a log to track contract execution. - Organizing project calendars, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion. - Facilitating effective communication between project teams and consultants. - Scheduling and documenting project team meetings, including recording minutes for reference. - Ensuring that client requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Acting as a liaison between the Project Manager and other team members, following up to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
