We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Back End Executive Government Sales

to support our tendering and sales operations for government clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in government sales and tender documentation, along with strong MS Office proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and submitting government tender documents
Maintain and update tender documentation, product listings, and pricing formats
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for gathering required information
Ensure timely upload of bids on GeM and other tender portals
Track tender opportunities and submission timelines
Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, and follow-ups
Communicate with government clients for clarifications and document submissions
Support in documentation for post-tender processes like LOAs, POs, and billing

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in government sales/tender processes
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Basic knowledge of GeM and government procurement portals
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
