Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back-End Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role involves supporting administrative operations, data management, and coordination tasks that are critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of the business. Freshers with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update databases, records, and client information accurately.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle email correspondence and assist with basic communication needs.
• Perform data entry and verify accuracy to maintain updated records.
• Support the team in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client data at all times.

Expertise Required:

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
