LaFetch is India’s freshest fashion destination — a curated marketplace for the coolest homegrown brands, delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.

We’re building the future of how fashion is discovered, shopped, and delivered. And now, we’re looking for someone who can power everything behind the scenes — fast, secure, scalable.

This isn’t just backend work. You’ll be part of the 0→1 tech team — the ones building the core engine that runs LaFetch.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Building, maintaining, and optimizing backend services that keep LaFetch running smooth and fast.
• Designing and developing APIs that talk seamlessly with our app, website, Android backend, and internal systems.
• Working with SQL databases, GraphQL, and understanding when to use which for performance and scale.
• Collaborating with product, frontend, and design teams to build features that ship quickly and actually get used.
• Managing deployments and environments across cloud platforms — AWS / Oracle / Azure.
• Working with Node.js, Spring Boot, and backend frameworks to build reliable and scalable systems.
• Ensuring security, stability, and uptime with solid understanding of networks, protocols, and backend architecture.
• Maintaining clean version control practices using Git/GitHub.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who lives and breathes backend development.
• Strong in: Node.js, Spring Boot, API frameworks, SQL, GraphQL, cloud services, and backend architecture.
• Hands-on with Android backend knowledge, network basics, and building reliable API-first systems.
• Comfortable working with Git/GitHub and collaborating in fast-paced product environments.
• Someone who learns fast, ships fast, and thinks in systems, not just tasks.
• Bonus if you’ve built scalable systems or worked with high-growth consumer apps before.

Basically, someone who can keep LaFetch running like a well-oiled machine — fast, stable, and always ahead.

The Basics

• This isn’t a slow, corporate 9–5. Impact is fast, work is dynamic, and ownership is real.
• Onsite role in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon) — 5 days a week.
• If you’re from another city, relocation is fine but no extra accommodation/travel support.
• Saturdays and Sundays are off so you can reset your way.
