Role Overview We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and scale our core applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in React / React Native , FastAPI (Python) , MySQL , and Redis , along with strong problem-solving skills and a product-focused mindset. This is a 100% onsite role based in our Bangalore office — ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating directly with product and design teams in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems using FastAPI (Python) . Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React / React Native . Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and caching with Redis . Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth data flow across systems. Work closely with product and design teams to translate ideas into functional solutions. Ensure best practices in code quality , security , and performance optimization . Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and deployment processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in full-stack development. Proficient in React / React Native , FastAPI (Python) , MySQL , and Redis . Experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and microservices. Familiar with Docker , CI/CD pipelines , and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and collaboration skills. Must be willing to work onsite from the Bangalore office . Good to Have Experience with GraphQL , WebSockets , or serverless architecture . Exposure to fitness-tech or consumer-based platforms .
